Почему главный мошенник «Телетрейда» Сергей Сароян до сих пор не за решеткой?
Четверть века обманывать народ – это надо уметь. В этом деле настоящий эксперт – мошенник Сергей Сароян, главарь грандиозного схематоза под названием «Телетрейд» в Украине. Почему же этот «крупнокалиберный» аферист до сих пор гуляет на свободе, а не сидит в тюрьме, как положено? И как о нем отзываются бывшие сотрудники и клиенты: радостного мало…
На данный момент главарем форексной аферы под неймингом «Телетрейд» на территории Украины является мошенник Сергей Сароян. Он же директор всех местных подразделений компании. Ранее «Телетрейд» возглавлял и «руководил» всеми аферами Владимир Чернобай, который скрываясь от правоохранительных органов, скончался в Европе. Его «дело» наследовали вдова Анна Чернобай и племяш Олег Суворов, а также остальные пособники.
Сергея Сарояна называют хитрым, одиозным и амбициозным. И это неспроста. Двуличный руководитель «с пеной у рта» раздает обещания, как клиентам, так и сотрудникам. Кстати, об отзывах, как первых, так и вторых, мы расскажем чуть позже в нашем материале, поэтому рекомендуем дочитать до конца.
Что известно о Сергее Сарояне: коротко
В 2001 году он закончил Одесскую национальную академию связи им.Попова. На старте своей карьере работал в телекоммуникациях. Женат.
А на своем фейсбуке, как видите, не скрывает, что он «в теме» и работает в «Телетрейд»… Интересно, что на своей странице в Фейсбуке, а именно в разделе «Информация», он разместил такой «скромный» философский текст «обо всем и ни о чем»:
Ну, смешно, ей богу… Хотя, с другой стороны, грустно… Ведь люди читают этот бред, а многие ведутся на «профи»… Только вот потом жалуются… правда без толку, как показывает опыт многих пострадавших.
На протяжении с 2005-го по 2006-й года Сароян курировал региональные направления «Телетрейда» по стране. Под его «крылом» было свыше 30 офисов. Здесь и столица, и мама-Одесса, Харьков, город-Лев, Черновцы и т.д… Стоит отметить, что «повезло» с руководителем «Телетрейда» не только украинским городам. Так же под раздачу Сарояна попали европейские и азиатские офисы: Италия, Португалия, Польша, и т.д. Как понимаете, бабло «лилось рекой» в карманы остервенелым аферистам.
Кстати, «трудился» товарищ Сароян не за идею. Ему доставалось 3 процента от той самой «идеи»… Ну, вы поняли. Если озвучить простым языком, нам так не жить. Дорого. Богато. Красиво… Для понимания, Сароян получал на выходе свыше 30 тысяч баксов ежемесячно. И это не сейчас! А тогда… давным-давно, как говорится…. Без комментариев. Все подробности – здесь.

Телетрейд: что известно грандиозном схематозе
Печально известная на многих континентах мира форексная компания был зарегистрирована в оффшорах на Карибах. Еще три года назад в 2018-м бренд «Телетрейд» был лишен лицензии, а также ему запретили работать на территории Российской Федерации и в Беларуси. Уже в 2019-м МВД России в отношении компании были возбуждены уголовные дела по части 4 статьи 159 УК РФ. Речь идет о мошенничестве в особо крупных размерах. А вот, что касается руководства сей распрекрасной компании, то Владимир Чернобай с племянником Олегом Суворовым смотались за бугор, а также были объявлены в розыск. Кстати, в следующем 2020-м, уголовные дела на эту компанию завели и в Казахстане. Отметим, что там товарищи-руководители уже за решеткой, в отличии от наших…
Подробности «Синхронной торговли» от Телетрейда
В сентябре 2020-го в пресс-центре «Интерфакса» прошла пресс-конференция по поводу того, как «давят» масс-медиа в связи со скандальными событиями вокруг трейдерской банды «Телетрейд». Бойня, в прямом смысле этого слова, уже давно продолжается между пострадавшими клиентами и мошенниками.
На «Телетрейд» уже заведено уйма криминальных дел и не в одной стране. Так, уголовки по мошенничеству в особо крупных размерах открыты в Российской Федерации (ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ). В Казахстане уголовные дела на компанию открыты по статье 190 УК РК.
Во время пресс-конференции спикеры заявили о том, что на масс-медиа оказывают давление, запугивая. Делают это «защитники», остаивающие интересы «Телетрейда» с целью «закрыть рты» свободным СМИ.
О мошеннических схематозах проекта «Синхронная торговля» рассказал подробно бизнес-эксперт, глава РК «Амиллидиус» Богдан Терзи.
Он озвучил, что если раньше за аферы компании «Телетрейд» отвечали реальные люди-трейлеры с подачи руководства, то сейчас этот функционал выполняют роботизированные системы, которые контролируют программисты компании. Ясное дело, что все эти бото-роботы оформлены как «люди» с виртуальным баблом на счетах. Только вот проблема в том, что народ, который подключается к таким «товарищам», вполне реален и не подозревает о «зраде». По итогу люди теряют свои деньги, которые «уплывают» в карманы мошенников. Кстати, у этого «проекта» есть много названий, так как зараза распространилась по всему земному шару: «Sync trading», «Copy trading», «Teletrade invest», ну а в Украине - «Синхронная торговля».
Невероятно, но факт: по распоряжению Сергея Сарояна бандиты похитили сотрудника «Телетрейд» и требовали 5 тысяч баксов, дабы «не похоронить в болоте»
Вроде бы мы все живем в реалиях 21 века, в свободном современном обществе, но оказывается, не все так просто. Резонансный случай произошел с одним из сотрудников «Телетрейда». И это только один пример, который придали огласке. А сколько их на самом деле? Вопрос риторический, а теперь подробнее о скандале, который просто «взорвал» информационное пространство.
Итак, о «похищении с мешком на голове» рассказал сам пострадавший, служащий украинского подразделения Центра биржевых технологий «Телетрейда» Олег Фурдуй, уже бывший…
Управляющего офисом в Одессе и кризис-менеджера киевского офиса «Телетрейда» Олега Фурдуя выкрали, надели мешок на голову, вывезли в дебри и требовали 5 тысяч баксов, угрожая «похоронить в болоте». Мотивировали тем, что он «давал подсказки» клиентам по выводу бабла.
Как видим, за помощь клиентам по актуальным вопросам, связанным с выводом своих средств, глава «Телетрейда» Сергей Сароян при помощи своей банды похитил своего сотрудника и даже отобрал выкуп за него у жены Олега.
И, кстати, в Украине, «дочка» главной мошеннической структуры «Центра Биржевых Технологий», а именно «Телетрейд» признана мошеннической, а сотрудниками СБУ и Генеральной прокуратуры Украины были проведены обыски, в ходе которых изъята техника и ведется следствие.

- а вот Абдулатиф Хашим Альбаргави вообще вложил в «Телетрейд» свыше 500 000 миллиона баксов, а уже через полгода потерял порядка 50 000. При попытке вывести оставшиеся средства, а именно 465 000 долларов, ему доступ к счету заблокировали. Далее деньги со счета вообще пропали. Форексная компания «Телетрейд» украла у своего клиента полмиллиона баксов за ночь. Добиться справедливости вип-клиент не смог.

Мы изучили отзывы о работе с Esperio, проверили юридическую информацию и готовы поделиться объективным мнением.

Сайт брокера производит приятное впечатление, особенно на фоне сотен шаблонных ресурсов «кухонь». Сразу видно, что в разработку и наполнение вложили хоть немного денег. Еще больше денег вложили в шумиху вокруг Esperio: название мелькает на самых разных площадках, начиная от региональных изданий и заканчивая форумами. Но купленные отзывы и слащавые обзоры могут ввести в заблуждение только очень доверчивых и неопытных трейдеров.
Главный недостаток Esperio — масса лживых заявлений, которые легко разоблачить парой простых проверок. Так, на страницах сайта заявлено, что посредник на рынке с 2011 года, но дата регистрации домена указывает совсем на другое.

Ни одного отзыва, написанного раньше даты регистрации, не найти. Да и на сайте самого Esperio раздел новостей наполняется лишь с сентября 2021-го. Перед нами не опытный брокер, а свежая шарага, существующая чуть более полугода.
Организаторы также заявляют, что смогли привлечь более 10 000 клиентов по всему миру. Но пользователи за рубежом знать не знают о такой площадке. География посетителей ограничена постсоветскими странами, а их количество мизерно — всего около 80 человек в день.

Офисов или представительств у Esperio нет, личные встречи с менеджерами невозможны в принципе. Вся коммуникация ведется по телефону или через мессенджеры, что позволяет аферистам обрывать общение в любой удобный момент.
Мы также обратили внимание, что в соцсетях Esperio нет возможности оставлять комментарии к публикациям или писать отзывы. Если брокер так уверен в качестве своих услуг, почему же не дает возможности рассказать об этом? Ответ очевиден — ничего хорошего о посреднике трейдеры не скажут.
Регуляция деятельности Esperio
В заказных публикациях всячески подчеркивается, что OFG Cap. Ltd, управляющая брендом Esperio, имеет лицензию регулятора FSA выданную еще в 2012 году. Но нигде не упоминается, что с марта 2018 года все лицензии отозваны и деятельность форекс-брокеров не контролируется и не регулируется. Об этом Управление финансовых услуг Сент-Винсента и Гренадин постоянно напоминает, публикуя оповещения.
Даже если у OFG Cap.Ltd и была лицензия, сейчас она недействительна. По закону, в таких случаях брокер должен получить лицензию в той стране, где ведет свою деятельность. Судя по активному продвижению на российском рынке, а также наличию русской локализации, Esperio предлагает свои услуги россиянам. Но разрешения на это компания не имеет, более того, Центральный банк уже внес шарагу в черный список мошеннических организаций.

Обратите внимание, что мошенники постоянно создают все новые и новые сайты, таким образом, пытаясь избежать блокировки Роскомнадзора. Все пользователи заблокированного ресурса автоматически лишаются доступа к своим аккаунтам, а их средства остаются на счетах мошенников.
Предложения для трейдеров в Esperio
Аферисты разработали множество предложений, которые могут показаться выгодными. Например, они заманивают такими «плюшками»:
кредитное плечо до 1:1000;
приветственный бонус до 50% от суммы пополнения;
сверхбыстрое исполнение ордеров за сотые доли секунды;

Мошенническая схема работы в Esperio
«Финансовые аналитики» Esperio — на самом деле обычные разводилы, которые ловко вешают лапшу на уши неопытным трейдерам. Многим из привлеченных пользователей вначале дают «заработать» и вывести деньги, но это просто еще один инструмент развода.
Все сделки, которые пользователь открывает в своем кабинете, на самом деле являются имитацией торговли. Esperio не авторизован для их вывода на финансовый рынок, клиентам подсовывают обычный симулятор торгов. Полученная прибыль сравнима с выигранными фишками в онлайн-казино: с реальными деньгами она ничего общего не имеет.
Чтобы вытрясти из карманов клиентов как можно больше, персональный менеджер постоянно обещает “золотые горы”. Например, убеждает внести еще пару тысяч, чтобы получить доступ к точным торговым сигналам, или настаивает на внеочередном пополнении счета для страховки прибыли.
Иногда, судя по отзывам, аферисты нагло требуют еще денег за возможность вывести прибыль. Обычно в таких случаях даже самые наивные понимают, как их развели. Но сделать ничего нельзя, ни один регулирующий орган не поможет вернуть деньги.
Итоги обзора
Несмотря на хорошо сделанный сайт и обилие отзывов в Сети, Esperio является обычным баблосборником. Посредник нагло врет о своем стаже, а также о наличии лицензии. Более того, Центральный банк РФ уже внес его в свой черный список по причине большого количества жалоб обманутых клиентов.

У меня уже угасла последняя надежда на то, что эти аферисты дадут мне забрать хотя бы депозит. Про профит я вообще молчу, потому что уже понял: жулики сделки на межбанк не выводят, поставщиков ликвидности у липовой конторы, естественно, тоже нет.
Я в шоке от наглости этих жуликов. У меня ипотека, куча кредитов и маленькие дети, а авторам Эсперио пофиг на это все. Я один кормилец в семье, а теперь вот вынужден сидеть без гроша и думать, как прокормить своих. Хоть за гуманитаркой в Красный Крест иди…
Даже и не думайте сюда вкладывать! Потеряете весь свой капитал — это точно. Мой школьный друг инвестировал сюда деньги и из-за рекомендаций липовый аналитиков Эсперио остался без средств. Мошенники же напомнили, что при регистрации на платформе он сам согласился с тем, что шарага ответственность не несет. И это так, аферюги подлавливают трейдеров и заставляют их подписать себе приговор еще при открытии торгового счета.
Эта шарага — ноль без палочки. Ее основали жулики без стыда и без совести. Я только и успел зарегистрироваться на этой платформе и пополнить тут депозитный счет. Сумму со старта внес крупную — более 9 000 долларов, чтобы быстро раскрутиться. Этих денег и лишился. Буквально через час они просто испарились с моего депозитного счета. Мошенники сказали, что это я сам виноват! Типа утратил логин и пароль от аккаунта, вот теперь и вынужден сидеть без гроша.
Вся работа этого липового брокера построена на лжи и пустых обещаниях. Жулье только и знает, что вешать лапшу на уши ничего не подозревающим инвесторам. Думаете это я так просто пишу? Козлы из Эсперио оставили мою семью без куска хлеба. Когда я начинал сотрудничать с этой конторой, то строил долгосрочные планы. Однако мошенники так не думали… Они просто вытрусили из моего кошелька все до последней копейки. Терминал манипулируемый полностью, тут только имитация торговли. Заработать шарага не дает.

Lace was very popular last year especially over contrast linings. Lace continues as a prominent fabric trend for 2011 however, the trend is for the surface to become crustier and crustier. Think delicate, but the texture can range from Chantilly lace through to thick crunchy Guipure and Austrian lace.
Designers currently have a fascination with texture and contrast, smooth and shiny, rough and raised textiles. Dolce & Gabbana White Lace Bags & Shoes Summer 2011
The Dolce & Gabbana hard frame white handbag below has been softened up a little with the addition of guipure lace motif appliqué. Guipure lace is thick and one of the strongest lace types, which makes it ideal for footwear too. Guipure Lace
Guipure is a large patterned heavy lace usually of Swiss cotton or French made. Thus guipure is a very textural lace as both the lace shoe and the bag above show.
Dolce and Gabbana may have shown an abundance of Broderie Anglaise and guipure lace in their summer whites, but Phoebe Philo at Céline gorged too on crusty lace and highlighted the importance of contrasting textures. The inclusion of woven texturally interesting hand loomed pieces, knotting, feather and fringe adds further to this texture feast.

White - MINIMALIST WHITE
Early 90s minimalist white uses clean lines and crisp white lines that make a white shirt and white body a must have again in 2011. Hobbs always does minimal white garments really well, each year I buy a few linen pieces there and they never seem to go out of fashion enabling one to wear them on for several years. The tuxedo jacket is a classic look that both Chanel and Jaeger have done really well for Spring fashions 2011. Look for lots of tuxedo variations and to update them team them with high waistline wide leg trousers or palazzo pants. Never throw away a black or white tuxedo jacket - sometime, sooner than you think it will sway back into mainstream fashion.

MINIMALISM is relaxed chic which can be as casual or formal as you desire and plain white blouse or plain white shirt is one of the simplest ways to work the minimal trend.
The blouse is back and truly is one of the great new must-have pieces for Spring 2011. With its long sleeves, the blouse is the ideal trans-seasonal piece and perfect on days where the temperature dips. Look for batwing blouses and very full sleeve blouses. Wear your extra long and ruffled blouson sleeved blouse beneath a three quarter sleeved cropped jacket.

What is the Difference Between a Blouse and a Shirt
Blouses and shirts are both hot fashion trend must-haves in 2011.
You may wonder what the difference is between a blouse and a shirt, here are my definitions.
The key features to look for are open front, back opening, looseness and neckline details.
Definition - A Blouse
Blouses can have back or front openings, or be without obvious opening if the width of the neckline is loose enough to slip the garment over the head. The buttons on a blouse can be at the front, back or side of the garment. There may also be an alternative zip, press stud or hook/eye closure or even no closure at all if the neck opening is big enough. Mostly a blouse has some looseness and can be worn outside or tucked into a bottom garment. The looseness flows and so blouses over when tucked into a skirt or pants. A blouse can be semi-fitted too and in this form sometimes may double up as little jackets. One specific style that lends itself to a blouse without any fastening involved, is the easier wider neckline provided by a cowl neckline.

Definition - A Shirt
A shirt does not open in the back. It always opens in the front either with buttons and a button band, or a simple fabric facing. A shirt can also have a short faced front neck opening or side neck button opening with stand (Russian Cossack style). Unless it's tailored to the body contours, a shirt is usually loose-cut for comfort and ease of wearing. It may also become looser and called oversized or be more closely fitted and darted or seamed according to the whims of fashion. A poet shirt has a faced or bound open front neck and can have a more blouse like quality; often it has neckline front ruffle frills, Dandy bows and very voluminous sleeves. Kimogami is a slight nod to ethnic where East meets west. This look has Asian influences including obi belts, cheongsams and kimono sleeves. But some of the most defining features are origami like folds. This shirt is an excellent example of a Kimogami styling.

When it comes to dressing for the office, professionalism is always key. However in the summer, it can also be tempting to grab more casual pieces that won’t make you melt in the heat.
If a heatwave hits or the air conditioning breaks, I would highly recommend wearing a blazer and knee-length shorts instead of pants. Since you’ll be showing some leg, button the sleeveless blouse all the way up to to balance out the outfit and keep it modest. Accessorize with a statement necklace, studs, and sleek heels.
Suited Up in Blue

This outfit is super-easy to wear, since navy blue acts as a neutral. In the hot summer months, cropped pants are your best friend– you’d be surprised how much cooler they are than full-length trousers! These pants are also cotton, making them even more comfortable in the warmer months.
Pair the dark pants with a dark blazer and pumps to let the fun shape and texture of the shirt stand out. Complete the outfit with an interesting necklace and girly studs.
Business Lady in Lilac

One of the oft-forgotten suit options for ladies is the classic suit and skirt. While pencil skirts are very classy, I’d recommend an a-line skirt in the summer. Not only is it, well, breezier, but, in my opinion, the a-line creates a more interesting silhouette than the pencil skirt.
While very feminine, purple is surprisingly easy to style from head to toe because of its wide range of shades. I chose to work with mostly blue-toned purples, from the rich plum skirt all the way up the the lavender-grey tank top. (Swap out the tank for a blouse if your office is more formal.) Once again, finish the outfit off with a short statement necklace and floral-shaped earrings.
Night Out in Black and White

Let’s not forget the original monochromatic shades: black and white. This combination will create a sleek and modern look, while still maintaining a formal vibe, perfect for a fun event.
I especially love this outfit because all of the pieces are super-versatile. To keep the outfit dynamic, I chose pieces with interesting details, such as this white blazer with a large black lapel, a striped dress, geometric earrings, and a glittery beaded necklace.
